Meta data deletion instructions

Users who contacted a clinic through Facebook Messenger or Instagram can request deletion of Meta-related data.

1. Open Facebook settings: Settings & Privacy, Settings, Apps and Websites.
2. Remove the AI Bot app and choose the option to request data deletion.
3. Meta will send us a signed deletion callback. We return a confirmation code and status URL.

Direct Meta identifiers, usernames, raw platform payloads, and patient-auth relations are removed or anonymized. De-identified conversation records may be retained for service operation, safety, audit, and quality processing where legally permitted.
